I just lost a good friend of 30 years, ASP Sgt. Rick LeBow, He was a good cop, and a wonderful person. I know the pain I am experiencing, and can only imagine how hard it is on you, having lost PO Nicola Cotton. Please take comfort in knowing that your friend, daughter, or relative will FOREVER be a hero and will NEVER be forgotten. May God continue to bless us all.
