Border Patrol, I am very sorry for your loss. Although I did not know Luis, I am sure that he was an outstanding peron. Only an outstanding person would stand and protect us as Luis did. Your agent made the ultimate sacrific to keep the United States secure. Not a small task. He will be missed.
