God's police Department has received another loved and honored brother in the badge to patrol His golden streets. As you now have joined with all our brothers and sisters who have gone before know that your service here will not be forgotten. Your name is enscrolled in the hearts of all those you have left behind. We pray God's grace and peace to be with all your family as they mourn their loss of you in their lives. No more forces of evil to face, only the rightous and worthy who have come into His kingdom. Rest in peace brother.

Courtney - We got the call shortly after midnight that you were gone. Why??? I sit and think back about 6 or 7 years ago when me and Susan worked for SWA and you would bring us dinner or breakfast depending on your shift. These are the memories that I will hold and cherish of you forever! Your laugh and smile that could brighten any room is now in heaven where you can share it with so many more people. May you rest in peace and keep watch over your family from here out. Your work here on earth is finished. I'm still wondering "why" but only the Lord knows that. He obviously has much greater plans for you and needed another angel in heaven.
Susan - I'm not even sure if you would remember me or not. Several years ago we worked together at SWA in baggage service together. I was just dating the man who is now my husband who worked with Courtney. We would sit and share stories of how goofy they were and we would get thru our day by laughing at all the stuff they would do and say. I never thought in a million years that Courtney would be taken away from you, his children.... his family. I can't say I understand what you're going thru - I don't understand and nor do I ever want to understand the pain you have. But, I just want you to know that Courtney is not gone forever. You will be reunited with him in due time when the Lord is ready. He has now begun a new journey in life, one that can only be dreamt of here on earth. Know that with every second that passes, his arms will be around you and all of his children. He has given the ultimate sacrifice that I wish would have never happened but he will remain with you and your family forever and always. Although you may not see him phsyically, he will always be with you as a guardian angel by your side night and day. May you find comfort knowing that he is resting with God and living the Ultimate Life!
We all miss you so much Courtney - May you rest in peace.
Love Always and Forever,
Nicole Rabe

My thoughts and prayers go out to family and friends.
Final Inspection
The Policeman stood and faced his God, Which must always come to pass.
He hoped his shoes were shining as brightly as his brass.
"Step forward now, officer. How shall I deal with You?
Have you always turned the other cheek? To my Church have you been true?"
The officer squared his shoulders and said, "No, Lord, I guess I ain't.
Cause those of us who carry badges can't always be a saint.
But I never took a penny that wasn't mine to keep,
Though I worked a lot of overtime when the bills just got too steep.
And I never passed a cry for help, though at times I shook with fear.
And sometimes, God forgive me, I wept unmanly tears.
I know I don't deserve a place among the people here.
They never wanted me around except to calm their fear.
If you've a place for me here, Lord, it needn't be so grand.
I've never expected or had too much. But if you don't, I'll understand."
There was silence all around the throne where the saints had often trod.
As the officer waited quietly for the answer of his God.
"Step forward now, Officer, you've borne your burdens well.
Come walk a beat on Heaven's Streets. You've done your time in Hell."
