Memories of you often pop in my head at random times. As they did tonight, 10 years after we lost you. Whenever I need a laugh I think of you coming into my office at the airport with some crazy story to share. Your "sparky" personality , smiling face, & heart of gold has left a permanent impact on me & everyone else whose lives you've touched. I know you're in heaven lounging back with that police hat covering your face. I'll never forget you Court.

A few weeks ago I came back to the City to visit some retired members. As I passed the location I reminded myself it has been almost 10 years since your passing. You have never been forgotten. May your children be blessed by love of you and your family. God bless you Courtney.

Heroes NEVER die.... I promise your legacy will forever live on. You were the most amazing father/friend/brother/son/cousin/nephew anyway could have asked for. You will never be forgotten.

Dogg, It feels like yesterday and a million years at the same time. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about you. The past couple of weeks you have been mentioned in conversations with my family. Talking about the good ole days and it is truly comforting to know that you have made such an impact on those you've touched. Keep watching over me, I know you are proud. I love you. ❤️

I just happened to come across this page and I typed your name in. It's nice to see people still write on here. There are so many memories. You are missed so much and loved by so many people. We know you are watching down over everyone. Especially your beautiful kids!!!

I saw a sign, took the time to write down your name, and find out more about you. This gives one an opportunity to reflect on a life. Lost, Lived. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Corporal Brooks,
Although I did not know you I am very proud to be your brother in law enforcement. Five years ago you gave your life in the line of duty. You are remembered and appreciated.
