Reflections for Detective Kent Haws

Kent,

I lost a friend; I still remember the year 2002 when you were the first Deputy that I was on a ride along as an Explorer with Tulare County Sheriff’s Department. You are my hero, and will be my hero. Good Luck in your new beat, maybe you be my FTO there someday.
