Your heroism and service is honored today, the 86th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

IT WAS JUST A FEW WEEKS AGO THAT YOUR STORY APPEARED ON THIS WEB SITE FOR THE FIRST TIME. I WAS HONORED TO BE THE FIRST INDIVIDUAL TO LEAVE A REFLECTION FOR YOU. AS I CONTINUE ON MY JOURNEY TO LEAVE A REFLECTION FOR EVERY OFFICER, YOUR NAME CAME UP AGAIN. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR YOUR LONG AND DEDICATED SERVICE SIR.
