"What we have done for ourselves alone dies with us; what we have done for others and the world remains and is immortal."

As Chief Wells now patrols with God's immortal police force, by his actions here on earth he has taken his well deserved place in the rolls of our honored heroes, whose names will live forever.

I honor Chief of Police Randy Wells' life and salute him in death.

Sergeant T. E. Murphy
