I met your mother this week at my son's (State Trooper Christopher J. Lambert) wall dedication ceremony in Springfield, Illinois. I felt her pain of missing you when she approached me and wrapped her arms around me. The pain of loosing a child is almost unbearable!! Your mom is a strong woman and I'm happy to have met her. We will both and all gone on loving and honoring our sons for giving their ultimate sacrifice and knowing that one day we will see our boys again. God Bless You and thank you for your service.

Another brother was killed the other day. A young Officer from Pontiac. Also killed by a drunk driver. Made me think about you. You're an inspiration everyday of my life. Rest easy, buddy.

I wanted you to know that we were thinking of you today and am sending a big "hug" all the way to heaven to let you know how much you are missed and how often you are thought and spoken of. I know you are in place of more peace and love than any of us could ever imagine. You will always be a part of us and we love you very much. Until we meet again....

Brian

Today I find myself thinking of you a lot. Words can NEVER describe the pain in my heart the day I found out you. I can remember every second that night we met up for a bit at work and when I heard you call out on a traffic stop and me turning around and getting to your location not because I knew you needed backup only because every second I was around you, you made me a better person, better police officer, and I looked up to you in so many ways. I LOVE YOU with all my entirety. I just wanted to let you know that there isn't a second in the day that I don't think about you in one way or another. My girls wanted me to tell you hello and they gave you a BIG KISS AND HUGS. Love you brother
