I met Tate close to 25 years ago while we were both attending the same church in Tucson. I was 5 years older so we didn't hang out much but I had a blast with him and the other kids while working with the youth group at the church the year I graduated from college and Tate graduated from H.S. I always knew that he would end up following his father's foot-steps of being a police officer. I always looked up to his father as a Tucson Police Officer and I know Tate was very proud of him. I'm sure Tate's family is very proud of him and I know everyone else who knew him from the early years are proud of him as well. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Christy, their kids, his mom and dad, his brothers and the Casa Grande Police Dept. You will be missed Tate!!
