I worked with Julio for approximately 7 years and knew him very well. You have never met a kinder or more generous person and his loss is very painful for all of us. Julio, you are in our prayers and we will ensure that your family is taken care of! You died doing what you loved most and I think that is the most painful part of this. You had always offered to take all of us up for free and never asked for anything in return. You are truly missed!

On behalf of the Agents at the US Border Patrol Alamogordo, NM station, we send our prayers and thoughts to the family of our friend, partner, and brother in Green. Julio always had a smile and a joke. It's what set him apart. He was always there to give you the shirt off his back or atleast bring donuts to the checkpoint. Thank you Julio for all your dedication to your family at home and family in Green. May GOD bless you, your family, and all those whose lives you touched. Rest in Peace.

We offer our heartfelt sympathy to the family, friends and colleagues of Agent Baray and we honor his distinguished service to the cause of justice and peace. Sadly, our nation has lost one of its finest citizens, a community has lost a friend and protector, and a family has lost an example of character and courage who they will love and respect forever. Today, because of the sacrifice Agent Baray has made, the house of freedom is stronger, sturdier, and more secure.
To the family, friends, and colleagues of Agent Baray, I would like you to know that a lot of people pray for you, and my hope is that their prayers will give you the strength necessary to move on. In the days to follow, may you be strengthened by the fact that Agent Baray is a man distinguished by exceptional courage and will always be admired for his brave deeds and noble qualities. You, your family and your sacrifice will never be forgotten.
