My heartfelt sympathy goes out to the family of Ofc. Somohano. I had the pleasure of working with him at the Cutler Ridge District. His calming demeanor meant a lot to me as well as fellow other officer's. He always wore a smile on his face, a family man, an all around Good Guy. My prayer's are with the family.

I was very sad to hear of another officer in south Florida to be killed in the line of duty. To Officer Somohano's family all of our thoughts and prayers are with you. To his children my heart is sad to know 2 more children have to grow up without their father. As a member of Concerns of Police Survivors know we will be here for all of you after everyone is gone.
