Sergeant Reyka,
I didn't know you, but just by looking at your photograph I can tell that you were a pleasant and fantastic individual. It is my loss that I never met you, even though I work in the county next to you. You left this world and your family honorably and I'm sure God will have you at his side protecting his kingdom for all time. Godspeed brother, you are a hero and I'm sure you will be looking down on your family and guiding them through life.

Sarge,
It was only 3 weeks ago we shared our last meal together. We shared breakfast on my last day in BSO before I made the transition north; as alawys you were there to offer support as you would do for anyone of your "Guys".
We spent almost 3 years together between afternoons and midnights and you were always there for me, not only for me you were always there for us!! I know I speak for the entire shift, they don't make a better boss, co-worker or friend than you. Not only were you my boss but you were like my "Work Dad" always there to steer me in the right direction.
We all lost a big part of us today when you were taken from us. With apart of us gone there will always be a part of you in us. I hope one day I can be half the cop you were!!
I promise you no matter where I go in PBSO I will always keep a watchful eye over your family. Godspeed Sagre, Rest in Peace we'll take it from here. We love you and will always miss you!!!!
