Bobby,

You were taken from Earth at 01:43 this morning 6 years ago today by a "COWARD" who could not face his own demons and just needed God in his life. You were left alone all by yourself and in the back by the garage by yourself. Other officers and a Sgt. looking at you when you were taken from Earth. They live on and you don't. You lay in Eternal Peace Brother while the others do the same to another.

Hey uncle bob miss ya alot hope you have a great thanksgiving in heaven with great gma and gpa :) can't believe it's goin on 6 years already :/ still feels like yesterday since the last day I seen ya, ill never forget that day and I will never forget you uncle! Thanks Sgt. Wu for your words of wisedom. You are one who has done so very much for Kailey and the rest of the family and I know Koz feels the love and is so grateful to have a man like you watching over his family. I'll keep to myself what I believe my good friend would say of someone questioning the courage of his fellow GRPD brothers and sisters but yet he himself not courageous enough to leave his name.

I love you bro and miss the old days. Sgt Wu and I, will continue to look out for your prize possession, Kailey, and continue to honor you and your sacrifice in everyway possible... and I will be your voice when I feel I need to be. Today, right now, I needed to be!

As your birthday approaches, we are reminded of your sacrifice that night. We remember your sacrifice often and will do so this weekend at a softball tournament named in your honor.

To the "officer" from Michigan, this is not the venue to voice your concerns over that night's incident. Feel free to ask your questions to the sergeant that was on scene that night. He will be more than happy to discuss your concerns. We learned many things that night; most significantly, was that Koz’s sacrifice saved the lives of other officers.

It's your Birthday soon buddy and happy birthday. There is not a day that goes by that you are in my thoughts as well as your family. I still wonder why you where back behind that house by yourself when there were 4 others on scene including a Sgt. It's like you were completely forgot about since you went unaccounted for for 4mins. and 32 secs after that fatal shot. You are always missed by several every day.
