Officer Hardy will be remembered for his service to the citizens of Plano Police and remembered by those he loved. It is difficult to understand why we have to say good-bye to such great men and why wives and children, parents, friends, sisters and brothers lose those who we love so dearly. God tells us there is an appointed time for each of us, yet it is still so hard to accept. Our prayers are with you at this time.

Wes, I am glad we spent time together after my shift on Friday. We sat in the back lot of 801, talked about your Harley, how you liked calling me "Bandit". How you really liked your new camper and your truck. You asked me if I was working on Saturday and we said we would meet up at work. I think God for that time...you will always be with me and the department.
