Josh,
You know the last thing I remember you doing to me was shaving a line of hair off my chest after you helped me trim up my hair that morning, that spot still hasn't grown in. I still remember me breaking my toe on your hard boney chins a couple of weeks ago, The last thing I ever said to you was "I LOVE YOU" you know I meant it and I know you always will, Thank you for being my little brother. Just remember I'll never look down to speak to you again, and also remember to keep me, Robin and every other law enforcement personell out theresafe and out of harms way your not 10-7 yet joshy just 10-10. I love you Joshua and I will always miss you, untill we meet again! UNGAWWA!!, Your loving brother for eternity, -Adam

I can't tell you what sadness washed over me as I watched the news the night your son was killed. It breaks my heart to see another promising young man with a bright future filled with hopes and dreams be taken from us. Please know that I and my family understand your pain as we have so recently suffered it ourselves when my brother died in the line of duty last month. Over the next few days and weeks I hope that you will take the opportunity to read over the messages left here for you as I promise that in time they will bring you great solace. May God bless your family as you grieve and know that my family will always remember your son's great sacrifice.
