This is an incident that shows that NO ONE is afraid to face us as we do our duty. God bless deputy Denzinger and his family at this tragic time. It's a shame that a 15 year old felt it necessary to take the life of this hero as he was doing what he was sworn to do. Please, let all of us in law enforcement be aware of our surroundings and not be complacent. My prayers go out to this deputy, his family, and his agency. Remember...we are the "thin blue line" that keeps the citizens of our community safe. To the fellow deputies of Deputy Denzinger, time will heal the pain, but his memory will last for all time. Do not forget him.
