Reflections for Deputy Constable Clarence Elmo James
Your killer may have never been identified but he surely faced a higher court and justice in a different place at a different time. Rest in peace always knowing that your service and sacrifice will never, ever be forgotten.

Dear Agent Sherwood, Mrs. Loya, Anonymous & The Pecos Police Department:
Thank you for kind words and prayers and for taking the time to write these kind words on this page. Clarence Elmo James was my great grandfather. I was very close with my grandmother, and only have one photo of him and not many stories. I know how hard it was for my great grandmother to raise 3 daughters alone in the 1920’s. Thank you for respecting his memory.
