In my 30 years of Law Enforcement...nothing scared me more than water. A knife, a gun, a bullet, a fist fight...nothing was I more afraid of than water. Ty was a brave young officer. He gave his life in the line of duty. Ty is why we are all proud ...and sad...at times like this. In 30 years I only lost 2 friends (officers) to water. That is why I moved to New Mexico to retire...all we have out here is sand and lizards.
