Dave I dont know how to start this I never really believed that i would be doing this for you. You were the most loyal friend that i ever have known. You mean so much to me and my family. it was my pleasure to serve as a deputy with you, and also Crown City marshall. I have learened so much from the days upon hours that we have spent together. i am blessed to be your friend it is the highest honor i know. we had so many plans for the future. my heart feels realy empty that you are not here. i want people to know that you were first and formost a brother police officer and deputy not just a probation officer. you were hands down the best police officer i ever met, a wonderful husband, and daddy to your beautiful girls. i want you to know that as long as there is breath in my body you will never be forgoten. you have impacted the life of me and my family, I told zackie to day and he wanted to know what happened to his buddy "gwave" poling. he wanted to know if we got the bad guy. I was proud to tell him that we did. the hardest thing i have had to do as a deputy was to take that suspect to jail. but i did and without incident because that is what You would expect me to do. It has been a honor to be Your friend but mor inportanly your BROTHER. I will always be their for Michell and the girls. and i promise I will build that deck we talked about yesterday. I will still continue to work on my cussing, but it is kind of hard right now
