Officer Wells and family you are in our thought's and prayer's.On March 12th 2004 our Dept. suffered a similar loss. Deputy Jason Scott with Loudon County Sheriff Dept. TN was shot and killed when he arrived on a domestic violence call. We know the heart ache that your famly will be going through. Officer Wells you will not be forgotten but sadly missed.You made the ultimate sacrifice. To my brother in blue rest in peace untill we meet walking the beat on heavens street.

My prayers are with the family of officer Wells, and the officer of the Moncks Cornor PD. In this time of double tragedy there are no words that can ease the pain you are going through at this time. I only hope that with the Lords help The family and Department will survive the awful time.

Moncks Corner has lost not only one of our best officers, but a friend of the community and such a positive influence on our children. Prayers for the family and friends left behind who will miss him greatly. There is a special place in Heaven for Officer Wells.
