Thank you so much for honoring my Great Grandfather. We have been told in our family that he was shot down by a very good friend when Sheriff Slaven came to place him under arrest.
It is really appreciated that you remember and honor the fallen who have served their communities and paid the ultimate price.
May God bless every one of their souls.

Thank you for your heroism.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 92nd anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

Rest In Peace.

Dear brother, though you served such a short time on the job, is a sad yet ever reminder of what kind of person it takes to be one of us. Brave and courageous through and through. God bless your soul and your family.
