Reflections for Deputy First Class William H. Beebe, Jr.
The word HERO is sometimes hard to define, but in Deputy Beebes case, it is simple. He gave his own life trying to save another persons life. There is no more HONOR greater than that.
Rest in Peace knowing that you are the true meaning of the word HERO.

I had the good fortune to serve with Bill for the last year and a half. He was an outstanding deputy. He was also my friend.
Bill, we miss you!

Even though we did not know this officer again we are here to show our respect as citizens and who keep all of our law enforcement officers, no matter what area they are in, in our prayers and our deepest sympathies go out to the family, loved ones.
"A Letter From Heaven"
To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say.
But together we can do it by taking one step at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you to;
That as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain;
Then you can say to God at night...."My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented...that my life was worthwhile.
Knowing as I passed along the way I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low:
Just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.
And when it's time for you to go...from that body to be free.
Remember you're not going...you're coming here to me.
I will always be with you!
GOD BLESS YOU ALL ......HEROES

May you continue to keep watch over your family, friends, and co-workers during this difficult time...and always. Your PIO is the former Chief Deputy for the department I work for. My thoughts are with you, your family, friends and co-workers, but also with him as well. He was there for me over two years ago when I lost my husband. I hope he is there for your family and co-workers as well.
