Dear sir, i met you once in a desperate time of need you came to my aid and offered a hand in the very place where god would call you home. Though it was only a flat tire you helped me change that day you left a very present and warm feeling in my heart by letting me know that things happen and to "just but glad it was a tire that blew and not me" May god bless you and keep you near his heart. My prayers are with the hudnall family at this very hard time. May God help you through this very difficult time in your lives.

Every year there is an event in St. Louis, Mo. on Thanksgiving Eve called Guns & Hoses. This event has police officers and firefighters box against each other to raise money for the Backstoppers Organization. Backstoppers then donates money to fallen hero's families in our area. Before the fights begin, they honor local fallen hero's from the past year by ringing the bell ten times ( A Ten Count ) My partners and I will be thinking of Deputy Hudnall during the Ten Count at 7:30 P.M. on 11/22/06. Best wishes to the family and Kern County Sheriff's Department.

The one statistic I don't like seeing - California No.1 regarding on-duty deaths. California has lost another in the line-of-duty (sigh). RIP, Bro as You join those in Heaven who have saved a spot for You.!
