I've never had the pleasure of meeting Dave, yet my heart aches deeply for his untimely death. My prayers do sincerely go out to is family, loved ones, colleagues and community to which he devoted, and gave his life to. I feel for his wife and children who in one split second have had their lives turned upside down. I pray God gives them the courage they'll need to cope with their sudden loss, for this is truly the toughest. We have lost a wonderful human being, but we have also gained an Angel. I believe he was called home for a higher purpose, and he will continue to serve us with much greater powers. I can't express enough how sad I am for all the peoples lives he has touched and left behind. May God bless everyone who has been impacted by this "tragic" accident, for there are many, and the tomorrow's they have to face without him.

I am truly sorry for your loss.

On the morning of the accident there was a group of women gathering at Calvary Bible Fellowship Church in Coopersburg for their weekly Bible study. Because of the traffic tie-up women were arriving at various times. We knew there was an accident and before long we received the news that the police officer died. We stopped and prayed for his family and for all others involved and for all who would be affected by this tragedy. We knew no names at this time, but we knew it would be a situation that touched many lives in this small community and beyond. We want you each to know that we continue to pray and trust that God will be your comfort at this very difficult time.

As the wife of an Office, this is your worst fear!
My heart goes out to Jess, Sarah, Samantha and Johnathan.
Also, to all the "BROTHERS" of law enforcement, I can't not say how Sorry I am. Especially to
Nicoletti, Fritts's, Apgar's, Pochek's, and USPD.

I have known Dave for 10+ years. My niece would babysit the children so we could go out to dinner.
Dave, I will miss you so much! You were a GREAT friend to us. You were Danny's inspiration! You were so genuine, always listening, never judged. You meant so much to
to those close to you.

You are OUR HERO. We will help Jess and the kids through this. May you RIP and watch over us!

We love you Dave!

May God Bless You! Your husband & Dad must have been a wonderful man to have been serving your community in such an honorable profession. Everyone is so proud of him. May God keep you and bless you all. Kim from Lamar Colorado.

November 10, 2006

I met Dave in February 2005 through another personal trining client that I had at the time. Dave approached me and said that he passed all the requirements except the 11/2
mike run, so once a week we would run at the DeSales University track and either do hard intervals on the track or run a 1 1/2 mile time trial. Dave needed to run under `12:00
to complete the test. He not only obilerated that mark but he ran close to 10:45---his willingness to go through the challenge was unbelieveable. Dave went and took the test and past it with flying colors--

He exuded confidence and at the same timem was very humble,
and made it a point to thank me every time we had a session.
Dave, may you rest in peace, and I will never forget your fortitude to meet your goal. may your family be blessed with the great memories of you being in their lives.
