Dave,
You were an example as an officer and a human being. I was always glad when you would come in and talk to us. Your passing will leave a hole in everyone that ever came across you. For everyone that came to know your smile, wit and charm. Even the people you were arresting new you as a man of honor and respected you.
Our hearts will always be a little heavier now.

To: The Good Dave,
A great Deputy, man, friend, father, and husband. We should all learn from the way you lived your life... The old saying that fits you;
"Live your life in such a way that if anyone talks bad about you no one would believe it"
You will be greatly missed and never forgotten.

It is with a heavy heart that I leave a reflection. My thoughts and prayers are with this young family. His unborn child may not know his father but he will never forget him. My son left this world 2/27/06 during a robbery in New Hartford NY. He was gunned down and also had a young family. It is a difficult road but you have to take one day at a time. May God give you the strength to get thru these upcoming holidays and beyond. My thoughts and prayers are with you all Kathy Corr New Hartford NY
