Trooper Risner, my sincerest regrets at your death. Car accidents happen, it’s a sad fact that, you as a Trooper know all too well. When it happens to family, it cannot be understood or accepted, even if that family member is part of the extended family in blue.
My heart and prayers go out to your wife and kids. This will be one of the most tragic events they will ever face, but I know you’ll be there, along side them to help them through it.
