Your heroism and service is honored today, the 89th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

Dear Ivy:
Thank you sir, for your sacrifice and dedication. After 83 years of waiting, hopefully you can rest in peace now, my brother. But unfortunately, after 83 years, we are still losing brother officers. But you, and all our fellow brothers in blue, shall always be a part of the greatest fraternity on this earth...that of police officer. And, you will always be remembered as one of America's Finest.
Rest in peace until we meet in a better place. Amen
