I did not know you well, but I remember you as being professional, and dedicated to service. You stopped me once a few years ago, I never mentioned to you I was an officer from another agency. I also remember the many times we met in passing throughout our careers over the last few years and I admired you for your professional conduct. You will truly be missed by all of us.

To My Brother Officer and Family,
I was with Bill and other officers on 09-30-2006. As always Bill saw me and came up and said his famous, "Hey Dude." We got to talk and even though we were at a terrible car crash, his demeanor was uplifting. Bill was a perfect example to all law enforcement that ever met him. The Oklhoma Highway Patrol picked a "DIAMOND" when they selected Bill for their 50th Academy. Bill was so proud of being a STATE TROOPER! No matter who you were or who you worked for he treated you with great respect.
To the Family, my condolences! Let Bill's memories live on as I asure you I will always remember my friend and Brother!
