I met Officer Johnson when he was a jailer and remember him as being a truly remarkable person. He was kind and friendly to everyone he met and was extremely down to earth. My heart aches for and goes out to Rodney's family. I have heard and read so many wonderful things about this officer as well as his family. Truly an honorable man. I went to the funeral, as a show of support, feeling that is where I needed to be, and came away truly impressed with what a close, loving, Christian family you have. Remain close to each other, holding each other up, and stay close to God. He will see you through the long road ahead of you. Again, my heart and my prayers go out to you.
