Somethings you see and hear just aren't right, no matter how you look at them and this is one of them. The good, they do die young (too young).

My thoughts and prayers are with those who knew and now miss Trooper Longobardo.

May God lay His healing hands upon the family.

NY has lost two great troopers in such a short period of time - I met Trooper Sperr's brother just a week or so ago- and now you! My heart goes out to the NYSP.

My prayers will be with your family as they start this long road to recovery. I have been in their shoes and know how lonely it can be. I pray the Lord will wrap his loving arms around them and carry them through because they can't walk this road alone. I also pray for your partner who was injured and that the POS that shot them will be taken without injury to more officers. You will never be forgotten Trooper!
