4 years and it seems like it just happened, my gut is in knots just thinking about the day I met you, when they were doing your background check. You had the same smile through the academy and into your career. You worked hard. When I didn't answer the phone, you and your partner show up at my door at 11pm looking for some help on a search warrant !! What balls,, and we went out and did it, and did it well.

That is what the job is all about, and you did your job and then some.

You will never be forgotten, Rest in Peace brother, I am a better person by knowing you.

hey bro....still thinking bout you...sitting up late at night...same ol story, every time i hear some social distortion i remember you at the show the last time we hung out. again, just proud to have known you and the genuine friend you were whether we crossed paths on the job or saw each other at the memphis drive in or the random parties around cleveland...hope all is well where you are. some people just leave a great feeling with you when you see them, and you were a true great one bro. take care my brother, we'll meet again.

I just wanted you to know I think about you often, and after a five year wait, I finally made it! Can you believe it, a cop at the same district where I use to book your prisoners as an I.G. Carlos and I knew you must of had a hand in our hiring process from above! We went into the academy 10-23-06, not to long after your tragic day. Your video chokes me up every time I see it.
