Still thinking about you to this day Kieron and the ultimate sacrifice you made and letting you and your family know that you have not been forgotten by me and never ever will be. You stood so tall, answering the call as a protector of justice. You are the definition of a courageous hero and sorely missed. So take your place of honor among those who have gone before you and know you will be remembered for now and evermore.

Kier,
You were always a friend and between Juany, myself, and the rest of Doddtown, you were family. For the past 13 years I have tried honoring your memory in multiple ways in my own way. Now that I too wear the badge and embrace the same responsibility I ask myself what would Kier do? And I would tell my own kids to "chill biscuit". Rest easy my brother I have the watch

13 years ago tomorrow ,we was working the night shift running the streets going to calls.
Keeping the street safe. In your honor I hope I can keep up the good work in the city you loved. There’s not a day that goes bye your not on the mind. Kam is getting so tall, looks just like you. but I know you can see from up there looking down. Until we meet again
P.S. on a side note can the Lakers do something this year. Lol.

Thoughts and prayers of comfort to the family and friends. Many wonderful thoughts of Kieran Shields as a youngster; to know that he was a dedicated family man and community leader is not surprising. He will be missed. Det. Sheilds' dedication is truly appreciated.

MUMS the word. Miss you Chris. You and I and your younger bro back in the old days shootin' hoops at your Pops house on Joyce. I miss them days. I miss hearing you on the radio and then stopping in to kick it with us, tell a few jokes, compliment my radio skills and take hits at Uncle Mike. In all seriousness, you were such a great and well-respected officer and detective in the community, as well as, of course, the department and we miss you deeply! Your memory and what you've left etched into everyone who loved you's hearts won't ever be forgotten!

RIP and May God Be With Your Wife & Children
