To the wife, son, and daughter of Sergeant Hanson, I know the pain is immense and you want nothing more than to have your healthy husband and father with you again. I feel some of your pain and wish there was a way to make it go away. He was an honorable and devoted person and helped so many people. You are in so many prayers. He will always be remembered. Love and strength will be your light.

I suppose there is closure now, but how sad that closure is. Sgt. Hanson should have had so many more years ahead of him and his family, most of all will feel the loss that we all feel to one degree or another.

Sarge, your family is in my prayers but I feel that you will be with them always and that they will know and feel that.

God Bless and Rest in Peace, Brother.
