Your heroism and service is honored today, the 79th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Rest In Peace.

Your memory will always be honored and revered for time never diminishes respect. I think it is wonderful that your descendants are able to honor you here and I know you are proud that your legacy of protecting and serving has been continued by your family.

I greatly appreciate ODMP's Chris Cosgriff helping me get my grandfather's line of duty death recognized. Lt. Lee now has a special place where he can be visited and remembered by anyone "passing by".
