Great-Great Uncle Pet,
Continue to Rest in Peace. The Millican family tradition of service to the people as law enforcement officers still holds true today. You would be proud to know that there are still Millicans and their offsprings that are still involved in the field of Law enforcement. I look ahead to seeing you one day in paradise.
