When I heard of the shooting yesterday evening, I prayed you would pull through. When I woke up this morning, first thing I did was check the news for an update and it was then that I learned you had passed away overnight. Some of us working overseas have been away for several years, but tragic news like this still hits hard anytime we hear about our fallen brothers and sisters in blue back in the States.
