Four years ago today, time stood still. Four years ago you were taken from us in a senseless tragedy. Four years ago we were forced to realize we would never again see your smiling face. Four years ago nothing made sense anymore. Today we still push through the heartache, day by day. We try to move forward but the pain still seems so fresh. It does not get any easier. Four years ago today, we lost a hero. Four long years.
Scott, we love you and miss you and hope that you know you will never be forgotten. Godspeed Sev. HEROES NEVER DIE!!!

You are missed as much today as you were four years ago, Scott. Continue to guide your Brothers in Blue and keep a watch out for your family and all who loved you. You were joined this week by your bestest Cubs buddy, Nick Simeri. How about the two of you working on a World Series title for them, this year?! RIP 2018. :)

4 years ago today, you stood between good and evil. You courageously gave your life while protecting someone you loved. As the sirens echo in my head today, like they did 4 years ago, I struggle to put into words the sadness and anger that I feel. I know that you and Bruno are looking after your mom, dad and Denise this week. Help them to cope with the emptiness that I know they all still feel. Keep watch over your brothers and sisters in blue. They too still miss you and think about you every day. You brought so much joy and happiness to so many peoples' lives. That is why so many people are still hurting so much. Miss you Sev. HEROES NEVER DIE!!!!

Hey buddy - it's getting to be that time of year again. the golf outing is in the planning stages. Hope there is a good turn out this year. The cemetary section in your memory is supposed to be completed this May, so I have been told. You will never be forgotten. Some say it is always about Scott - but you know what? who cares what they say. You are and always will be a hero. You died protecting a friend. how many of those people would actually stand infront of someone and take bullets like you did. Peace be with you brother.......

You are a hero and your actions are very commendible. I hope that you welcomed your fellow brothers and tought them the ropes. RIP

Hi pal! Merry Christmas! Be safe and remember we all miss you very much. Oh - Thanks for this past year... It's been filled with great memories and the birth of my son. Don't worry he's not like Leah. He's laid back!
Miss you friend!

I woke up this morning with you on my mind. I miss you. I think it's the fact that I was telling "our story" the other night to a friend. I was sitting there laughing and remembering.
Love and miss you,

Thank you for watching over your sister while she was in Iraq. She is back in the states - thank goodness. You are a special person just like she is. You both must have made your mom proud - both serving their country.

Hey Buddy - put in a good word for good weather for the golf outing. We know you scared everyone last year with that thunder and a few sprinkles. You just wanted us to know you were up there watching. So do it good this year - blue skies and warm weather.
