Reflections for Police Officer Joseph Daniel Corr
Officer Corr, one of your brothers what also killed yesterday here in the southern tier (Trooper Andrew Sperr). I didn't know either of you. Had I, I would have felt safer as a citizen due to your fine work. Rest in peace.

Brother,
Your loss will be widely felt and will weigh heavily in our hearts. You sacrificed yourself performing your sworn duty while the animal that took you from us died in the same cowardly way he lived. God bless you and your family

Another sensless killing of a police officer by the lowest form of life. It hits home for the people of Upper Darby Pa. Its where some of the investigation took place. And I think I can speak for the police of that township. No one would have liked to capture more than those men who so tragically lost one of their own just 4 years ago. My thoughts and prayers are with officers Corr's wife and family as well as those of every citizen of Upper Darby Pa. May he Rest in Peace. Dorothy Kerns
