Your ultimate sacrifice comes at a time when the CHP has been going through some tough times but your death will not be forgotten by the citizens of California who thank the CHP everday for their noble duties and responsibilities. I hope your sacrifice highlights the importance of combatting drunk driving. Rest in peace CHP Officer Bailey. God Speed.
