Herman, you were one of a kind. Your sense of humor never failed to make me and the other guys laugh.I know that you were doing what you truly loved to do. Not a lot a people can say that.
I recall being you training officer here at the p.d.
There was the right way and the wrong way and then there was your way.
You were unique to say the least. You were comunity policing when we did'nt know what it was. Rest peaceful my friend.
