Wow. What a true American Hero. S/A Kuhlmeier volunteered for this assignment. I will say a special prayer for him and his family tonight. If only we could all be so brave and self=sacrificing...I'm truly humbled and amazed by this man's contribution to all of us who call the U.S. home. God will surely take good care of your sir!

Only you know now the greater good and meaning behind why honest, brave, and dedicated souls like you are taken away from your loved ones and friends so early on. Dan was a friend and colleague of mine for over two years. During that time I got to know him and understand what a great person he was in so many aspects. He was one of those people you meet that you instantly respect and strive to become more like. He was extremely intelligent, witty (to those who knew him his sarcasm and wit were legendary), kind, moral, a loving father and husband and a good friend.
