To the friends and family of Deputy Ryan Seguin may god be with you in your time of lost. I'm so sorry for you’re lost. Here is a song that will maybe bring you some peace.
Sunny days seem to hurt the most
Wear the pain like a heavy coat
I feel you everywhere I go
See your smile, I see your face
I hear you laughing in the rain
Still can't believe your gone
It ain't fair you died to young
Like a story that had just begun
But death tore the pages all away
God knows how I miss you
All the hell that I've been through
Just knowing, no one could take your place
Sometimes I wonder, who you'd be today
Would you see the world
Would you chase your dreams
Settle down with a family
I wonder what would you name your babies
Someday's the sky's so blue
I feel like I can talk to you
And I know it might sound crazy
Sunny days seem to hurt the most
I wear the pain like a heavy coat
The only thing that gives me hope
Is I know, I'll see you again someday
Someday, someday

We Remember the Officers
We remember the officers who changed our lives,
The men and woman who protected us day and night,
People who respect for their dedication to the cause,
For when faced with danger, they never even pause.
We remember the officers who always stood true,
Whatever the color of uniform, brown, green or blue,
With pride and integrity they say To serve and protect,
For the giving of their life, we offer our respect.
We remember the officers who we never really knew,
Persons strong enough to answer the challenge are few,
With heavy hearts we mourn the officers in eternal rest,
There's more to these people than the badge on their chest.

Ryan,
Heaven has gained one of the best young cops I have ever seen. Your parents spent their time wisely in raising a very motivated and gifted young man who had a heart of gold and charisma beyond the 23 years. You and your family will always have a place in my heart.

Ryan,
Words cannot express how thankful I am to have been apart of your life. I am honored, not only to have been your co-worker but your friend. Over the past 3 years, we have been through so much together. I miss you so much already. I will miss your smile, your little noises and dances, you keying up my mic, I will miss telling everyone you were my brother and most of all watching you do what you loved (and by the way, you were an awesome Deputy.) I know that you are in a better place now. I feel confident putting on my uniform everyday knowing that you are watching down on me. I will miss you so much and will always hold a special place in my heart for you. I will see you again some day. Rest in Peace. Love ya Brother!!!!!!!!

You were a remarkable young man, and I still cannot believe you are gone. I remember when you helped me go grocery shopping at Publix when my leg was in a cast, or when you followed me home to make sure I got there okay because I wasn't feeling well. You truly cared about helping others and you took your job seriously. Your death is a tragedy. Maybe people will start to pay attention to the "Move Over" law.
See you in heaven.
