It is sad to see that NYPD loses yet another fine person. My heart is with the family and NYPD who has lost too many officers in just a few weeks. Thank you Ms. Samuels for your hard work and dedication. God be with you.

Symathy to the family of Vivan Samuels. School Safety Agents have always been and will always be some of the brighest part of the day for teachers. Every morning they are the first face that teachers see and they are almost always some of the most pleasant members of a school community. Each student has come into contact with Ms. Samuels is probably touched by the warmth that she provided for them. May she rest in peace.

Even when trying to protect the most innocent, our nations children, violence and depravity creeps in.Our youth have lost their way, they are easily influenced that wrong is right, ad respect for authority is meaningless.Rest in peace Agent Samuels, you did your best to provide at least one place of safety and comfort for the children of your community...
