It is tragic that another officer has lost their life in the line of duty, but you gave your life doing your duty. There is no greater gift that you could have given. God's Speed Dillon and God Bless your family for their loss. Be proud of him Family; he died serving his community and his country. He too was a soldier and should be remembered as such. My prayers are with you.

On behalf of the Kibler Police Department, we want to send our deepest condolences to the family, friends & co-workers of Ofc. Breland. It touches us so to know that Ofc. Breland had been in Law Enforcement all of his adult years. He gave it all! We often talk about "giving it all" but do we really understand what that means? Ofc. Breland Thank You So Much for everything you did. God Bless You All.
