Reflections for Constable William Lee Mayo
Your heroism and service is honored today, the 84th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

I just wanted to thank you for honoring my great grandfaher. Although I never knew him, I heard many wonderful stories about him. His wife was a very special person to me for many years, she lived to be 97 years old. His grandson (my dad) just passed away last December. Thanks again for honoring him in this special way.
