Your heroism and service is honored today, the 93rd anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.
Rest In Peace.

As a fellow law enforcement officer and member of the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association I want to say that I am forever grateful for the sacrifice made by Field Inspector Bill Mays. Thanks in part to the ODMP for keeping his spirit very much alive and well.
I personally know several of the field inspectors and I am proud to call them friends. May God keep them safe from harm and lead them as they serve.
