It has taken over 120 years but you are finally being honored. I would like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for the citizens of the state of Texas.

The cowardly filth who murdered Private Warren from a location out of his view, in my opinion, burned in hell for quiet some time after they died,whereas Pvt. Warren had a ticket straight to Heaven. He died in the service of others and, despite the 120 years that have passed, is still with us in spirit.

It has been 120 years since Ranger Private Ben Warren gave his life for the citizens of Texas. The guilty may have stopped Ranger Private Warren but they couldn't stop the Texas Rangers. They are still very much alive and well today.
It is my hope and prayer that the children and descendants of Ranger Warren were blessed by the Almighty.
May God keep safe from harm the men and women of the Texas Department of Public Safety and the Texas Rangers.
I'd also like to say a word of thanks to the ODMP for keeping the spirit of these law enforcement officers alive in our hearts.
