Reflections for Police Officer Brian Howard Jackson
Six years-sometimes it seems longer and at other times it seems like this happened just a few hours ago. One thing for sure, you'll always be in my daily thoughts and in my heart forever.

Action Jackson,
You always seem to find a way to make me laugh. Either remembering random comments you've made, your crazy stories, or with things I see that remind me of you. Think of you daily bro.

Hi Bri, Thinking of you today, but I think of you a lot of days. I see your mom a lot and we talk about all the wonderful things you contributed to the lives of those you touched. And when I am thinking of you, I always see that beautiful smile of yours. Love, Nancy

OOPS--you would have been 34 yesterday--not 32! I'd love to claim it was a typo but I think it was more of a senior moment! OK you can stop laughing.....

Wow, another year has passed--you'd be 32 today--happy birthday sweetpea! I did all my special visits today (only one new baby this time!). This year I added birthday cookies for the police departments--I think they thought I was crazy! Love you forever!!!!

I think of you often, brother. I was teaching weapons retention class on Friday and again told your story. You're a great man and I love you.
I just founded a nonprofit organization called Warrior SOS, Inc. I plan on starting a Brian Jackson Award in your honor.
Life doesn't end at death... Hopefully, you've been given a chance from beyond the grave to read all the kind comments from your friends, your wife and your family.
Lovingly in Christ,
your brother and eternal friend,

I had the oppertunity to brag about you saturday night at Guns and Hoses. I am so proud of you and all the good you did on the job. It's amazing, how many people say such wonderful things about you. Thank you to everyone who has left a reflestion on Brian's page. It means so much to me to know that he isn't forgotten.

Happy birthday sweetpea--there was a new baby at South County Hospital and another one at Newport Hospital today--hope they make their moms as proud as I am--I left a gift and a Kermit for each-also donated blood (like you used to). I dropped off some things for Toys for Tots--the man wondered if I had cleaned out the toy department(I got carried away--I got alot of things that you had as a little boy) Miss you every day and I'll love you forever!

Your heroism and service is honored today, the third anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer. The circumstances of your deaths were so much alike.
I pray for solace for all those who love and miss you.

To Officer Jackson's wife: I watched an episode of Dallas SWAT last night (obviously an older episode) and saw the officers come together for your husband's funeral. Last night I awoke in the middle of the night with a driving need to pray for you. I know it has been several years since your husband's death, but I wanted you to know that someone, somewhere was praying for you. God Bless You.
