Hey you Corky! We went to DC with other great friends of yours, it was great. We had to visit the Officers Memorial of course to find your name(we came all this way and it was one thing on our list to see) the kids were there to look up your name and ---- we just miss you. We took a picture by your name but biggy B could'nt. We love and miss you. Girls know that your dad is always with you. He loves all and Jen we love you.

I don't know what's been going on, but lately it's been hitting me more than ever that you're actually gone and never coming back. Like, i'll think of something and i'll laugh about it, and then i'll get the urge to call you. i'm going through some tough times and times that i really need someone to understand and be my daddy, but i can't talk to you. i can't believe that my dad, the guy who was so cool, is gone. i didn't get enough time with you dad.
