Even though I only briefly knew you, my first impression was that you were a well liked and loved person. You gave a lot of good advise and helpful tips to everyone. I am sure that God has a Special place in his Agency for you. Even though you are not here in body your spirit will live on in the many lives that you touched. You will forever be in our hearts, our prayers and our souls. My deepest condolences to you, your family, your friends and co-workers. May God be with you all through this time of grief and sadness.

Words will not take away the pain you feel in your heart, but someday they will become a comfort to you ,I pray that the Lord will give you all the strenght to go on each day ,some will be easier than others. Please hold on to the memories and cherish each day that you all have together.

Why good cops must die is a mystery that will never be solved by those of us left behind, but God knows why he needs good cops in Heaven, and it's safe to say Tim White was needed up there. He was needed down here by so many and will be missed by so many, but there must be a plan that none of us can fully understand.

God Bless Tim White and those he left behind. Know well, he'll always be here in spirit and will never really be gone so long as you carry him in your heart.

Lt. White,

Thank you for your service to your community. You will not be forgotten. You are a true hero to those you served, but before them, you are a hero to your family. Let there be peace for your wife and children so that they can remember you and all the good times you shared.

Rest in peace- your work is done.

The policeman stood and faced God,
Which must always come to pass.
He hoped his shoes were shining,
Just as brightly as his brass.

"Step forward now, policeman.
How shall I deal with you?
Have you always turned the other cheek?
To my church have you been true?"

The policeman squared his shoulders and said,
"No lord, I guess I ain't,
Because those of us who carry a badge
can't always be a saint."

I've had to work most Sundays,
and at times my talk was rough,
and sometimes I've been violent,
Because the streets are awfully tough.

But I never took a penny,
That wasn't mine to keep
Though I worked a lot of overtime
When the bills got just too steep.

And I never passed a cry for help,
Though at time I shook with fear.
And sometimes, God forgive me,
I've wept unmanly tears.

I know I don't deserve a place
Among the people here.
They never wanted me around
Except to calm their fear.

If you've a place for me here, Lord,
It needn't be so grand.
I never expected or had too much,
But if you don't I'll understand.

There was a silence all around the throne
Where the saints had often trod.
As the policeman waited quietly,
For the judgement of his god.

"Step forward now, policeman,
You've born your burdens well.
Come walk a beat on Heaven's streets,
You've done your time in hell"
